Dewayne Smith, Ph.D.

Biologist and Researcher in Mitochondrial Physiology, Bio-Nanotechnology, and Bio-Electric Technologies

Advancing Research in Microbial Induced Mitochondrial Dysfunction

Dr. Smith’s expertise stems from studies surrounding pathogenic organisms, their electrical properties, and their role in impairing the cell’s ability to metabolize the fuels. Dr. Smith is the pioneer of the BX Protocol and has developed a variety of technologies intended to deactivate microbial pathogenicity.

He has served as the head of medical research for the Sovereign Order of Hospitallers of Saint John of Jerusalem, OSJ., Knight of Malta, the Vice Chairman of Lab-5 Trust, and Chairman of the Omega Academy. He has also served on the Board of Directors for British Holding S.A. and Fargo Trust International. Additional developments include:

  • Nontoxic nano-molecules and energy catalysts that devitalize cell wall deficient bacteria through resonant harmonics and manipulation of their intermediates and the oxidative pathways they exploit.
  • At least eight additional technologies listed on this website. See Breakthrough Technologies Page
  • His principle research focused on several classes of electro-therapeutic instruments, including:

    • Tesla (Tesla type therapeutic devices are centered in pulsed electromagnetic fields (PEMF) that deliver broadband, wide spectrum, nonthermal photons and electrons deep into biological tissue.)
    • Bio Photonics (These instruments are centered around the facilitating the role of bio photons in cellular respiration, cellular communication, and much more)
    • Multi Wave Oscillation (Band width of multiple vibrations that occur simultaneously, producing low-frequency ELF all the way through gigahertz radiowaves with a multiplicity of “extremely short harmonics.)
    • Impulse Wave (Specific frequencies are used for devitalizing disease-causing microorganisms)
    • Plasma Fields (This technology mixes multiple electromagnetic signals in a rotating plasma, and modulates the mixed output upon a very strong rippling magnetic field to which the body is exposed)
    • Wave Genetics (Wave genetics technologies use resonant waves to change gene expression).
    • Quantum Field (These technologies are used to tap the prime human energy fields also known under the terms unified field, super-string field, zero-point field, or quantum vacuum)
    • Dr. Smith earned a B.A. degree in science from the University of North Dakota School of Medicine, and a Ph.D. in biological sciences from Canterbury Universtiy. He conducted his post postdoctoral training in the private venue. He has worked directly with large multinational organizations, governments, and intelligence organizations as part of his diverse experience.
He enjoys his time working out of Delta’s Jamaica offices. He is happily married with five children.
