Dewayne Smith, Ph.D

Designation: CEO/Chief Scientist
Functions: Scientific Development/Strategic Development

Biologist and Researcher in Mitochondrial Physiology, Bio-Nanotechnology, and Bio-Electric Technologies

Advancing Research in Microbial induced Mitochondrial Dysfunction

Dr. Smith’s expertise stems from studies surrounding pathogenic organisms, their electrical properties, and their role in impairing the cell’s ability to metabolize the fuels. Dr. Smith is the pioneer of the BX Protocol, and has developed a variety of technologies intended to deactivate microbial pathogenicity.

He has served as the head of medical research for the Sovereign Order of Hospitallers of Saint John of Jerusalem, OSJ.,. Knight of Malta, the Vice Chairman for Lab-5 Trust, and Chairman of the Omega Academy. He has also served on the Board of Directors for British Holding S.A., and Fargo Trust International. Additional developments include:

• Nontoxic nano-molecules and energy catalysts that devitalize cell wall deficient bacteria through resonant harmonics and manipulation of their intermediates and the oxidative pathways they exploit.

• At least 8 additional technologies listed on this website. See Breakthrough Technologies Page

His principle research focused on several classes of electro-therapeutic instruments, including:

• Tesla (Tesla type therapeutic devices are centered in pulsed electromagnetic fields (PEMF) that deliver broadband, wide spectrum, nonthermal photons and electrons deep into biological tissue).

• Bio Photonics (These instruments are centered around the facilitating the role of bio photons in cellular respiration, cellular communication, and much more).

• Multi Wave Oscillation (Band width of multiple vibrations that occur simultaneously, producing low frequency ELF all the way through gigahertz radiowaves with a multiplicity of “extremely short harmonics”).

• Impulse Wave (Specific frequencies are used for devitalizing disease causing microorganisms).

• Plasma Fields (This technology mixes multiple electromagnetic signals in a rotating plasma, and modulates the mixed output upon a very strong rippling magnetic field to which the body is exposed).

• Wave Genetics (Wave genetics technologies use resonant waves to change gene expression).

• Quantum Field (These technologies are used to tap the prime human energy fields also known under the terms unified field, super-string field, zero-point field, or quantum vacuum).

Dr. Smith earned a B.A. degree in science from the University of North Dakota School of Medicine, and a PhD in biological sciences from Canterbury Universtiy. He conducted his post postdoctoral training in the private venue. He has worked directly with large multinational organizations, governments, and intelligence organizations as part of his diverse experience.

He enjoys his time working out of Delta’s Jamaica offices. He is happily married with 5 children.

Dr. Tristin Wallace is a Board Certified, Licensed Naturopathic Physician and Certified Applied Kinesiologist. She obtained her doctorate in 2007 from the National College of Natural Medicine, the oldest, accredited Naturopathic institution in the United States. There, her Naturopathic education was grounded in traditional medicine by her mentorship with Dr. Judy Peabody, whose integrity in service was honored by Portland City Commissioner Sam Adams for Outstanding Community Service in three Community Clinics. Under Dr. Peabody’s training, Dr. Wallace worked to address all manner of chronic pathology in circumstances testing the strong and true heart of natural medicine. Yet having so few resources, she nevertheless made medical miracles using her hands, water, homeopathy, dietary changes, and a handful of donated medicinal supplements.

Dr. Wallace’s naturopathic education was inspired and enhanced by rigorous Chiropractic training in post-doctoral functional neurology via the International College of Applied Kinesiology (ICAK). Through this school of thought, the interrelationship of bodily systems is brought from theory right down to the treatment table for the benefit of the whole individual.

Dr. Wallace’s passion to find and treat the underlying cause eventually led her to treating the gravest of conditions. Her Directorship of Delta Institute follows a two-year Associate Practice under Dr. Dietrich Klingardt, recipient of the 2007 Physician of Year Award from the Global Foundation of Integrative Medicine. Within this exemplary setting, Dr. Wallace developed and honed her expertise in treating chronic Lyme disease and other Autoimmune conditions using intravenous therapies, homeopathy, botanicals, nutrition, traditional naturopathic medicine, physical medicine, and Dr. Klinghardt’s Five Level of Healing and ART.

Mrs. Valerie P. Donaldson, M.D., is the Founder, President, and Medical Director of the REGENERATIVE MEDICINE CENTER, and Medical Director of Applied Medical Research for Life Force Tampa, LLC.

Dr. Donaldson graduated from Rush Medical College in 1980. She is Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Anti-Aging Medicine, and Functional Medicine. She started her career in the Emergency Room. At UPMC Presby Emergency Department, she authored papers on the effects of intubation techniques on the traumatic cervical spine, and the use of laboratory results in the ER.

The untimely sudden death of her mother during an elective spine procedure catapulted her thinking beyond traditional medicine of treating symptoms to seeking and treating the cause of disease. She became a pioneer of many “firsts.”
